This first time I saw this dog, he was sitting in the far corner of the kennel with his head hanging down and his face in the corner. He would not even turn around to look at me. I could tell he either had mange or injuries to his face and neck. AC told me today that the dog cannot stop itching and needs medical care right away. At this point, I am not even sure of sex or age but I am positive that the poor dog is miserable. Can you please help cross post - if you can help with rescue, sponsorship for vet visit please contact me. Please help me help this dog, he is breaking my heart.
